The Jesus and Mary Chain Reissuing Entire Catalog; Preview Them All In 3D

Nice, Monday's not even over as of yet and we've already got a Reissues post under our belts (our 301st FN post total to date - go us!). According to Pitchfork, very nostalgic Scottish rock band The Jesus and Mary Chain - via Demon Music Group - will be reissuing not one, not two, but all SIX of their studio albums as 2-CD + DVD deluxe sets full of all the B-sides, radio appearances, demos and in-depth booklets that generally come in these packages. Thankfully, they skipped adding sunglasses.

What's also interesting about this reissue is that fans can check out their Facebook page to preview the albums in 3D - meaning that you can listen to your favorite tracks while spinning the packages around and checking out artwork and liner notes. While 3D has long since been totally beaten to death in films, here it's a pretty cool way to check out the extras before you place your preorders.

The Jesus and Mary Chain's first two albums, 1985's Psychocandy and 1987's Darklands, will be available on September 19, with their other four albums coming out in pairs in the following two weeks. Check out the 3D previews in the meantime, as well as the video for "Just Like Honey" below the jump because I pretty much have to add it here.
