Something a little different this time around, due to the odd nature of this event. Below is an actual email exchange between Chris and Damien that took place during the two days that followed the performance. Throughout the exchange you'll find some tweets that were posted during the show. Rather than write up an actual review of what went down, we realized the story sort of unraveled better this way... enjoy!
Chris: You know… that show last night was pretty boring if I had to be brutally honest. What did you think?
Damien: Yeah agreed. I liked [opener] F. Stokes' energy but like I said, when you're billing something as a Digable Planets show, there's an expectation that more than one of the original three members will show up. And that they'll perform more than three songs off the albums they're most famous for. It felt pretty disconnected from the crowd and it showed as like most of the people left halfway through.
