Bob Mould releasing autobiography, embarking on tour

I've said it before an I'll say it again: Bob Mould is awesome. When I saw him play at the Rock Shop in Brooklyn back in November he did make mention that he was finishing up his autobiography, now titled “See A Little Light: The Trail of Rage and Melody,” co-written by Michael Azerrad--who made an appearance at the Our Band Could Be Your Life tribute show this past Sunday. Now that the book is finally coming out on June 15th, the former Hüsker Dü and Sugar frontman will be embarking on a tour to support it. Some shows include a reading and solo acoustic performance, others are just the reading, and a couple shows he will be opening for Foo Fighters. The NYC date of the tour will be on June 23rd @ 92Y Tribeca Mainstage and will include both a reading and solo acoustic performance, with tickets currently on sale.

Also worth mentioning – Sugar’s debut Copper Blue will be reissued on 180-gram vinyl by Rykodisc on June 21st. Be sure to pickup a copy of that when it hits stores. Tour dates via Slicing Up Eyeballs below…
