NME, the British music outlet that keeps us posted on how Peter Hook is going to hunt his former New Order bandmates down in a cabin, is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its website with a comprehensive look at what it considers to be the best 150 songs of the past decade and a half. It's understandably heavy on British artists (which I'm cool with), and if you haven't already guessed what came in first, there's a giant clue staring you in the face at the top of this post.
