Fugazi Launches Live Archive Of Hundreds Of Shows, World Rejoices

YES. As we mentioned way the fuck back in April, ('sup New York Times?), the legendary Fugazi have spent the past two years meticulously combing through their vast archive of 800 audio recordings from the thousand-plus shows they played between 1987 and 2003. Today, at long last, the first batch of these recordings is now online at the new Fugazi Live Archive.

As the site states, the project will be a "semi-permanent work in progress" with the goal of making each of the recordings available via sliding scale pricing. The suggested donation per recording is $5, which is much cheaper than building a time machine and going back to 1990. As of today there are 130 recordings to choose from, so have at it and keep checking back to see all the other goodness that gets added!
